1. Safe sex practices

We at Playful Pleasures are big advocates of safe sex practices.

It is an essential part of every persons sex life to make smart, educated choices about the partners we choose and the protection we use :-)

2. Safe use of adult toys

All adult toys supplied by Playful Pleasures are tested and garaunteed to be 100% safe.

However, sometimes instructions can be misread and assumptions can be made.

Here are a few precautions in regards to using them in the correct manner.

*Playful Pleasures advises that after use, all toys are to be cleaned with an appropriate toy cleaner as per the instructions. If you do not have toy cleaner handy, warm soapy water will do. Please just ensure all soap is thoroughly rinsed off after cleaning to avoid irritation next time it is used.

*When cleaning any adult toy, beware of wetting the motor/electrical board. Though many items are advertised as waterproof, more often than not, this does not mean they are fully submersible. Eg; they should not be used in the bath.

Not only does this pose a health risk to you personally, it may cause premature damage to the interior of your product such as rusting. And we all want our Playful toys to stay in tip top condition!

3. Smart use of adult toys

Where possible, always take batteries out of adult toys between uses.

Also, many people are unaware of the fact that there is no need to put top notch batteries into toys with small motors. The stronger the battery, the harder the motor works, and the quicker your favourite toys expire on you.

We provide free batteries with all of our orders anyway, so there is no need to worry about that!

I think it also goes without saying, however I'll say it anyway.

We've all been tempted at some point to play home handy man when our best toy has hit the fritz at the WRONG time, but please DO NOT ever tamper with, attempt to 'supercharge' or repair any toy under ANY circumstances!!

It is extremely dangerous to the person attempting to fix it and even more so to the person using the item afterwards.

And on a side note, be cautious to keep your stash of fun discreetly away.

The "What does this toy do?" questions are hard to explain to small children and it can become expensive if the family dog keeps chewing them up while you're away or at work :-)
