FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Many people have questions they are too shy to ask, often feeling silly for having the query. Our response is; don't!

We are frequently asked very similar questons by many people and they are not naive or crude, they are curiosity, which is a fabulous thing to have!

Below, we have listed many of the most frequent questions we are asked. If your question isn't answered here, please contact us.

I am a private person. What if somebody finds out what i ordered?

At Playful Pleasures, we take privacy very seriously.

We would be less than pleased if we ordered something discreetly only to find our party host/ess or another guest knew about it.

We do not, under any circumstances, discuss guests queries or orders with anybody.

All orders are placed with your consultant, in private, and are packaged seperately from other orders in a secure, non penetrable bag.

if you ever have any concerns, please don't hesitate to discuss them with your consultant.

What if I can't afford to pay for my order within the 7 day window?

We understand that times are tough and a lot of us aren't paid on a weekly basis anymore.

We are more than happy to extend a payment time frame within reason.

Ask your consultant about this and something that suits everybody can definitely be arranged.

Can I trial a product at the party or take it home?

The answer to this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT! We don't wish to sound rude, however as you can understand given the nature of our industry, once a product has been opened or used, we cannot then sell them to anybody else for health and safety reasons.

This would really be no different than asking to open a product at your local supermarket to give it a try before paying for it.

In the past, I have hosted party plan parties and guest numbers and sales have ended up low.

What if this happens?

Put simply, it shouldn't. At Playful Pleasures, we work very closely with you from the time you set your party date until we deliver your party orders to you.

We too have had this happen in the past. Guests intend to come but babies get sick, partners are late home from work and life just happens. It is perfectly normal.

We provide a host/ess package that provides you with helpful information about hosting a successful party, invitatons, ideas and back up plans.

We are also at your beck and call during the entire process.

This ensures you, as the host/ess, recieve maximum gifts and free spending and your guests needs are also met.
