Playful Pleasures strongly advises that sex toys are thoroughly cleaned after each use with an appropriate sex toy cleaner for hygiene reasons.
We also strongly advise that batteries are to be removed from sex toys after each use and stored separately. Batteries left in adult toys are prone to leaking battery acid or exploding, and subsequently causing serious damage to the sex toy.

RETURN REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICIES
Playful Pleasures isn't happy unless you are!
If a product or item delivered to you is faulty or damaged due to manufacturer error, we will happily provide a replacement item at no extra cost to you.
If you do not wish to have a replacement product provided to you and the item is in good order and functional (i.e. the product is as advertised but you have changed your mind), we will offer a credit of the product amount, excluding postage costs already incurred, provided the product/item has not been taken out of the original packaging.
This credit will be available for you to use within 6 months.

PLEASE NOTE
As you can understand, if the item has been used or worn we cannot, for health and safety reasons, refund the item or product under any circumstances.
Any items returned must be in original packaging and unused/unworn.
